So It’s been about 4 months since a post…. Lots of stuff happened. I’m an active member of Best Buy’s Twelpforce now. Follow @TWELPFORCE and me at @jordanlgbby. A friend and I will be starting a well… a start-up .com company. We have a few ideas that we think will work. Incorporating all social networking and mobile communications in a single place, as well as a side blog for reviews and various how-tos. Should be a lot of fun and be able to keep me busy now that I’m out of school. Anyways, kinda late for me, I’m off to bed. I’ll update the design and layout most likely tomorrow, and maybe move this site to jordanlg.com which I recently purchased. So… The reason I haven’t updated in a long time is very simple. I finally quit my lame cashier job at Toys R Us, and got hired at Best Buy in the computers department! I will be getting back to posting regularly soon… Maybe in a week or so. In the mean time, go follow my twitter at @jordanlg or ask a question to @twelpforce, and I may answer you back. I started playing around with some media center stuff on my mac recently as I just purchased a 720p HDTV for my room. Two of the apps I used are fairly similar but have big differences. My review of both will be on here soon. Lately, I’ve been doing nothing but work, work, work… I don’t like it. I work, get $400 from it, and immediately have to use it to pay off my bills. Why does everything have to be so hard? Anyways, not the point of this post. I decided I’m going to start writting more meaningful post. Not just the old “oooo. my blackberry this… and twitter that….’ I’ll get products and review them with an unbiased opinion. Not getting payed to review. Just doing it because of the love of technology and software I have. I also consider my writings unbiased in the fact that I have no preference over mac or pc. There are things i love about Windows, and there are things I love about mac. There are also things I love about linux as well… I’m a multi-operating system guy (I’ll write a post this week about that). |
